Master, address and contact data can be created and maintained centrally. Automatic filter groups and the connection of contacts to TAPI telephony make it easier to get into contact. All communication applications (e-mail, tasks, texts, chat history, journal entries, business processes, project and time evaluation, tickets, etc.) conveniently access a common contact data record.
The history documents your interactions with a created contact. Phone calls, emails, notes, order confirmations and customer visits are recorded here. Thanks to the history in our CRM system, all employees can find out about changes and customer-specific agreements at any time and thus provide customers or interested parties with the best possible support. 
In our Tasks & Dates application, you can see all the tasks and dates that are pending for you and your colleagues. Our due date and notification system helps you to better structure your working days. With just a few clicks, you can invite your colleagues or external contacts to tasks and appointments you have created. You can view appointments and other absences of all team members via the calendar or list view and can therefore plan resources more easily.
With our text module, you can easily create (serial) letters, internal documentation, newsletters, minutes and other texts in your centrally stored corporate design. Letters can be created directly from existing contacts and the system automatically checks the address details for completeness. The documents created can then be linked to employees, groups or contacts and viewed via the system by all authorized team members. 

With the help of our newsletter interfaces to cleverreach and brevo, your twyz contacts are automatically transmitted to the newsletter providers. After a newsletter has been successfully sent, the recipients, bounces, unsubscribes and opened and clicked emails are displayed directly in our CRM system.
Our DMS makes it easy to record and find your documents. Regardless of whether your documents are already available digitally or as a scan - you can categorize them, assign them to contacts and groups and add additional information. Thanks to document versioning, a "newer" version of the document is stored in a corresponding archive each time a change is made. Keywords are automatically generated from each document to make it easier to find.
Keep an eye on your contracts with customers and partners at all times. You can freely define contract types and store contract durations, notice periods and billing types, among other things. Customers, employees and other documents can also be linked to the contracts. Contract management can be linked to merchandise management if required.
To make work processes within your company more efficient, individual authorizations can be assigned to each employee.
